Applications are invited for the role of Administrator within our Ayr Depot. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed within the depot. The successful candidate will have previous experience in the use of Microsoft packages, cash handling, and a willingness to learn in-house software packages.

The successful candidate will be able to display exceptional organizational skills, work well in a team, show previous experience of problem solving and be able to work off their own initiative. They will display a positive attitude and ensure a high level of service is delivered to internal and external customers at all times.

Job Role:

The overall purpose of the role is to ensure all administrative tasks are complete and all deadlines are met within the admin department.

Key Accountabilities:
* Ensuring sickness, overtime, holidays, and payroll are tracked and processed.
* Engaging with all internal customers and fulfilling any requests they make.
* Logging and tracking lost property.
* Working with the inbuilt computer systems to ensure payroll is processed.
* Ensuring all paperwork is complete to the standard required for auditing purposes.
* Ensure all information stored and collated is in line with GDPR.
* Any other reasonable tasks related to business or depot activities.

Key skills required:
* Experience of working in an administration environment.
* IT skills and working knowledge of company and Microsoft packages.
* Approachable, friendly, willingness to learn and adaptable.
* Problem solving skills.
