Full Job Description

We're looking for an Admin Officer to join our team for 12 months to cover a period of Maternity Leave. The Admin Officer is responsible for managing and responding to enquiries from members of the public and colleagues, leading support for the regional team on finance and procurement, maintaining fleet logs and fuel receipts, processing applications for permits and permissions.

The position holder will be a key member of the Business Services team working across the whole region, providing assistance, encouragement and support to the wider regional team as well as managing and leading on a variety of processes including introduction of our new finance and fleet management systems.
