This post is fixed term until 28th March 2025.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our adult/older people admin team who provide high quality admin support within the Health & Social Care Partnership. The team are first point of entry for those looking to access care or support within West Dunbartonshire and work to provide a comprehensive, customer focused and effective range of business support including minute taking and record management.

Applicants must have either an administration related qualification such as SVQ in Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience in a business or admin setting.

Requirements

The preferred candidate will be required to complete  a Basic Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.

Responsibilities

The employment for which you are applying is excepted from the provisions of section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975.

Applicants are, therefore, not statutorily entitled to withhold information about convictions which for other purposes are "spent" under the provisions of the Act. In the event of employment any failure to disclose such convictions could result in dismissal or disciplinary action.
