Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of administrators, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Oversee the daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of service delivery.
  • Review and improve existing processes to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.
  • Manage more complex administrative tasks, providing hands-on support when necessary.
  • Ensure all records, files, and databases are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for new and existing team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and set team goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative leadership or office management role is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, driving high levels of performance.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
