Full Job Description

Anderson Knight is recruiting an Administrator for our client, based in South Lanarkshire. 


Typically, you will be working Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.


Main duties and responsibilities are:

• Answering and directing incoming calls.

• Handling customer queries and efficiently processing orders and invoices.

• Communicating with suppliers and placing purchase orders.

• Performing general administrative tasks, including filing and document management.

• Supporting the team with additional duties as needed.


Key attributes and skills:

• Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills.

• Be competent in using Microsoft computing systems.

• Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn new skills.

• Be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


This role offers the chance to take your first steps into a career within a supportive and fast-paced sales office environment. You'll work directly under the Sales Office Manager and gain valuable experience in both customer service and administrative functions.
