Full Job Description

As an Administrator at ABM UK, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to coordinate and manage administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.,

  • Provide administrative support to multiple teams within the organization

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations

  • Maintain and update databases and files

  • Process and track invoices, expenses, and purchase orders

  • Assist with event planning and coordination

  • Handle general inquiries, both internally and externally

    Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
