Full Job Description

Working within our North Scotland PFI team supporting our clients on our water and energy contracts. This role primarily involves managing our internal reporting data for customers as well as supporting with contract administration

  • Consolidate and manage site wastewater process data for client monthly reports
  • Manage PFI contract data to ensure accuracy
  • Deliver monthly reports, contract invoicing data and client data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with site managers, contract managers and operational teams to handle data queries
  • Work with colleagues, customers and suppliers to resolve queries on site data, orders etc.
  • Liaise with lab supplier to manage wastewater sampling data
  • Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, GRIR, deal with purchasing and invoice queries
  • Utilise and maintain data from a wide variety of systems including Google Suite, Workday, site data systems (Weighbridge, SCADA, telemetry) and QHSE system

    Experience with Excel/Google Sheets/inhouse systems
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Full driving licence (this site is remote without public transport)
  • Previous experience working within a busy administrative role in an operational environment
