Full Job Description

As a Commercial Administrator, you'll be working within the Commercial Team, supporting them by completing commercial admin tasks. Your day to day will include:

  • Oversee daily the cash flow forecast tracker
  • Ensure QS team are storing a copy of all payment notices in one central folder for each month
  • Ensure tracker & requesting up to date insurances where applicable / on expiry
  • Assisting with collation of subcontract documentation
  • Attending Commercial Meetings & updating weekly action tracker

  • Expereince in a similar position
  • Fully conversant with relevant Microsoft software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills & confidence to be able to liaise with all levels such as graduates, quantity, surveyors, senior quantity surveyors, commercial managers & ultimately the
