Full Job Description

- Position: Recruitment and Marketing Assistant (Temporary)
- Start Date: ASAP initially for 2 months, with potential for extension
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Rate: 14.27 per hour
- Location: G61 1QH Fully office-based

Main Duties:

- Recruitment and Event Support: Assist the RMA Manager in planning and delivering a wide range of recruitment and marketing events to diversify the undergraduate student pool. These include open days, recruitment fairs, alumni events, and school/college visits nationally and internationally.
- Promotional Resource Development: Contribute to the development of undergraduate marketing and promotional resources (both online and physical) with input from various specialists.
- Admissions Process Organisation: Support the admissions process for various undergraduate programs, including coordinating national and international interviews, processing applications, communicating with applicants, and updating databases.
- Documentation Processing: Oversee and assist in processing required documentation for successful international applicants, including immigration and financial requirements.

Key Skills Required:

- Organisation & Planning: Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, with skills in reporting, recording recruitment activity, and data analysis.
- Process Improvement: Ability to map processes and implement improvements effectively.
