Full Job Description

Are you an experienced and motivated Administrator ready to take your career to the next level? 


We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our client and grow into the HSQE Coordinator role, with a competitive salary of £28,000-£29,000.


Shift Pattern: 37.5hrs per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4:45 pm and Friday, 8:30am – 2:00pm.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of Quality, Environmental, BRC, and Health & Safety management systems.

• Support the Quality Manager by coordinating the site’s non-conformance processes with internal teams, external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

• Maintain detailed records of non-conformances, audit findings, corrective actions, and registers, and using this data to generate reports, including trend analyses and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Organise and facilitating local management meetings related to the relevant management systems.

• Manage the audit schedule to ensure compliance with the Plant’s accreditations.

• Handle internal corrective actions and customer non-conformance reports (NCRs), updating tracking systems, and following up on outstanding actions.

• Conduct daily quality process checks to ensure standards are met.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and monitor maintenance of machinery and ancillary equipment.

• Attend customer sites as required.

• Lead and oversee the HACCP team to ensure food safety standards are effectively implemented.


Person Specification

• Exceptional communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• A meticulous approach to problem-solving with high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications.

• A team player who is flexible and adaptable in their work approach.

• Experience or knowledge in BRCGS and ISO Standards is preferred but not essential.
