Full Job Description

  • Processing of purchase and sales orders.
  • Fleet management.
  • Sage.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and employees.
  • Stationery Management.
  • Using business systems, maintain records including inputting information.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with engineers to oversee work completion, aiming to meet client targets.
  • Answering incoming calls.

    Preferred knowledge of teams and sage would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload to achieve business-led or specifically detailed deadlines.
  • Team player able to work with colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • IT literacy Excel, Word and Outlook.
