Full Job Description

Wood Group is looking for an Administrator to support the SAGE Gas Terminal at ST Fergus, Peterhead.   • Record and file maintenance and operations documents, perform data entry, timesheet processing and telephone reception.
  • Requires an understanding of the content of the management teams' jobs and method of operation as well as knowledge of departmental operations and procedures.
  • Organises and maintains files of management teams' correspondence, records etc. and follows up pending matters.
  • Organises company sponsored events
  • Focal point for management of annual charitable donations made by the company
  • Acts as receptionist for the management team, screening correspondence and telephone calls.
  • Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings.
  • Prints, organises and prepares information for meetings.
  • Prepares routine letters and memoranda for manager's review.
  • Organizes and expedites flow of work through office and initiates follow up action.
  • Support in collecting information and data for reporting.
  • Populates templates and creates documents.
  • General office housekeeping activities as required.
  • Create and / or revise purchase requisitions

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Detail oriented with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise to tight and moving deadlines
