Full Job Description

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Duration: 3 months, with the prospect of going permanent
  • Full-time office based
  • Should be available to work the 23rd & 24th, if needed
  • Location: Manor Powis
  • Start date: As soon as the relevant person is identified

Contract Scotland is working with our client who operates within the sales and servicing industry, as they look to add an Office Administrator to the team to support the completion of service and sales documents. This position sits within a small, fast-paced

The ideal candidate would be someone with strong administration experience and experience operating on multiple CRM systems - experience in sales/servicing would be advantageous. Initially, the candidate will be supporting the team with administrative duties to cover a period of transition between maternity leave and the existing employee return. However, this may lead to a permanent position after the initial 3 months.
