Full Job Description

  • Provide administrative control in regard to finance. This will involve but not be limited to raising and receiving POs, Invoice Queries, assisting with month end accruals, budgeting, housekeeping, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

  • Administrative tasks for 2 Contracts; 4 sites, supporting Contract variations, monthly reporting, monthly invoicing and other contract deliverables. Supporting the Maintenance North team with raising purchase orders and monthly finance review.

  • To coordinate and issue the monthly planned and annual maintenance schedules and ensure internal site and maintenance teams and external contractors are organised to attend on scheduled dates in conjunction with the Contract Management Team.

  • To ensure the provision of Payroll administration involving the processing of monthly salary details.

  • Assisting contracts in regard to HR policies and procedures and provide administrative support as required

  • Manage and undertake ad hoc requests from the contract teams, ensuring works are completed within required time frames.

  • Preparing Team Bulletin for contract teams

  • Support in reception duties when required as part of the team.

    Good interpersonal skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Experience within an office environment and administrative duties.

  • Proficient on all relevant software packages.

  • Relevant practical experience.
