MsMissMrs is recruiting for a positive, super-organised and tech savvy administrator to join our operations team. Our ideal candidate will have a background in office, facilities and financial administration and be able to handle administrative duties accurately and independently, including proficient and up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft packages and SAGE administration. You ll be highly organised with excellent communication and numerical skills and able to balance a range of day-to-day priorities. You ll take pride in our beautiful project spaces and take the lead in ensuring they are always clean, presentable and welcoming. What you ll be doing day-to day: Finance Payment and issuing of invoices Reconciliation of petty cash and credit card spends Financial data entry to SAGE PAYE, payroll and pensions administration Support accountants with preparation of quarterly reports Facilities Maintenance of project buildings, equipment and computer systems Management of supplier contracts eg. waste management, cleaning, utilities, IT Ensure effective operation of IT systems with external contractor Responsibility for keeping project spaces clean, tidy and presentable Preparation of project spaces for meetings, events and visits General Admin Act as first point of contact for in person, telephone and email enquiries Diary management and PA support to senior management team Assist with preparation of reports and presentations Assist with organisation of company events and travel Packing and postage of our products for sale About MsMissMrs: Since 2014, MsMissMrs has been supporting women to rebuild their lives after trauma, poverty and adversity and empowering young women and girls through early intervention programmes. We have 3 project spaces- our Wellbeing Hub in Maryhill, our community kitchen, Femfoods and our micromanufacturing space, Womanufacture, both in Possilpark. We also deliver early intervention training to teachers to support girls in secondary school with self esteem and wellbeing. Person Specification: Essential outlook, skills and experience Self-motivated, proactive and problem-solving Desire to be a role model and custodian of our company values Adept at communicating with tact, diplomacy and professionalism Organisational, administration and IT skills Aptitude with Microsoft Office 365, with proficiency in Excel Numerical accuracy and attention to detail Experience of using Sage accounting software Great interpersonal skills an ability to communicate effectively at all levels Excellent verbal and written literacy skills Pre-emptive and proactive working style Commitment to process improvement A full UK driver s license Previous experience in financial administration Previous experience in office administrator / business support role Desirable skills and experience Experience with PAYE, payroll and pensions administration Experience working in settings with vulnerable adults Understanding of trauma informed practises
