Full Job Description

The postholder will provide administrative support for the core functions of the HR service, contributing to delivery of the Corporate Services Business Plan.

1. Good general level of education to include at least five GCSE's (at a minimum of Grade C) to include English and Maths or equivalent.

OR

QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification.

AND

One years' administrative experience working in a customer facing role, to deadlines, in line with organisational procedures.

2. Excellent IT literacy as demonstrated by at least a year's work-related experience in use of Microsoft Office packages, to include word processing, email, databases, and spreadsheets.

3. Experience of electronic and manual record keeping in adherence with data protection regulations.

4. Experience of working with confidential, or sensitive information on behalf of an employing organisation.
