Full Job Description
Administrator/Logistics – based in the city centre Edinburgh office of an independent family owned business which produces and distributes internationally recognised and award-winning Whisky and natural Gin.
With exceptional customer service skills, accurate administrative and organisational ability, this role requires a proactive team-player. You will reconcile stock checks, arrange and manage all transport for bottled stock to European distribution location and check and approve transport invoices to account.
Skills and responsibilities will include;
· Confident communication and exceptional organisational skills
· Proactive problem solver with ability to prioritise under pressure
· IT literate with strong attention to detail
· Supportive team player
· Co-ordinate transport of dry goods to site and uplift casks for distribution
· Report on, trace and manage any discrepancies
· Manage and report on internal stock transfers
· Register new customers and set up accounts
· Follow up on sales process to ensure smooth and professional delivery
· Issue monthly invoices
· Create and manage export certificates
· Arrange all transportation from empty casks to filling sites and warehousing
· Coordinate transport of stock from bonded warehouses to customers
· Support Trade Shows with stock levels and order administration
