Full Job Description

- Position: Administration Assistant
- Location: Arbroath
- Hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Contract Type: Full-Time

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills? Search are looking for a reliable
Administration Assistant to join the office team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-established company withing Arbroath.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Invoices: Accurate and timely processing of supplier and customer invoices
- Data Entry:Inputting and updating data into our systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate
- Call Handling:Answering and directing incoming phone calls, handling customer inquiries professionally, and transferring to appropriate departments

**What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and invoice processing
- Good communication skills for handling calls and liaising with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to support colleagues as needed
