The Role:

The successful candidate will be office based, with flexible hours / some early evening work required, and charged with the task of growing our sales revenue across our print and digital offerings, with the added opportunity of up-selling into our ever-growing trade show activations and wider event opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and sourcing new leads,
  • Developing leads into relationships,
  • Maintaining these relationships over time,
  • Managing these relationships through a simple CRM system effectively
  • Professionally managing client accounts
  • Generating new business (above all else!)
  • Meeting and exceeding projected sales revenue targets. 

What we need:

  • An outgoing, lively, energetic and enthusiastic sales professional,
  • Someone who enjoys working in an office,
  • Someone who is supremely organised and efficient with paperwork and CRM management – this is a non-negotiable.
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the telephone to call cold leads,
  • A confident and courteous phone manner,
  • A proven winner, with a successful track record in advertising sales,
  • A team player, who is ready to roll up their sleeves in order to ensure success,
  • A dependable sales professional who thrives under pressure and in a deadline-focused environment,
  • A background in publishing and ad sales is critical for this role.
  • An interest in hair and beauty is very helpful, but not essential.
