We are looking for an individual who has experience of working within a fast-paced HR customer service role. Someone who is enthusiastic, has excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills and attention to detail to ensure high level of accuracy of HR transactional processes.

Reporting to the Senior People Operations advisor, you will work with the People Operations Team within the Employee Service Centre to deliver day-to-day operational HR transactional activity across the employee life cycle and ensure the process is seamless for the employee and the manager.

As an advisor most of the tasks you will be responsible for relate to employee changes such as work pattern changes, position transfers, hours and salary changes, allowances, issuing of contracts and variations and updating personal files.

Educated to National 5 qualification, or equivalent, you will support employees and managers to understand HR transactional processes to ensure that policy, procedures, and legislation are being adhered to. You will be numerate and IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn iTrent system and Microsoft applications.

You should have the ability to embrace change and be open and receptive to support digital transformation within HR and employee and manager self service.

Pattern of Work:

Monday – Friday 08.45 – 16.15 with 1 hour paid break
