Full Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a AHP Clinical Service Support Officer within the AHP Administration Department at University Hospital Ayr.
The position is offered on a permanent basis.
What you will do:
You will provide a comprehensive clerical service for a variety of Allied Health Professionals pan Ayrshire.
Duties will include transcribing and population of referrals onto the appropriate IT systems, live calls with patients, relatives and colleagues, clinic building, supporting the service leads to manage waiting lists, and general admin office tasks as per service needs.
You should have relevant IT qualifications (ECDL), experience using TRAKCARE, EMIS Web, SCI Gateway and Winscribe and previous NHS experience is desirable for this post.
Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team., Please note, for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
