This role is based in P&G's UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo. Your role will be the Analytics Manager of a commercial team, advising a Senior Director who manages a multimillion-dollar business. By partnering with them you'll have the opportunity to learn the very best commercial strategies and how to active advanced analytics in a business context.
You will join the wider P&G Analytics & Insights community for trainings, best practices, and a lot of fun! We will empower you with the very best algorithms and data technologies; you'll have the opportunity to step-change how we use analytics to drive our business., Identify and activate customer and category growth opportunities using assortment, pricing, geo-location, shelf and promotion analytics.
Develop insights to "C Suite" level (Category Director and above) - integrating deep understanding of customer data with their goals and strategies.
Leverage big data, cloud technologies, advanced analytics and machine learning.

Graduates who have completed their degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics students or any other related field who are interested in a Business Analytics career.
We are also interested in those with relevant analytical work experience who perhaps want to explore a different field to the one they're currently in.
Strong analytical capability and the curiosity to blend various data sets to develop valuable business insights and sales growth opportunities.
Strong interest in extracting business value from statistics, data & algorithms.
Data visualization experience: PowerBI or similar.
Machine learning and/or experience in Python.
Experience in data ETL - extract, transform and load.

Competitive Compensation - The annual salary for this role is £40,000. In addition to this you'll receive an annual bonus based on business results.
