Apprentice Spray Painter

As an Apprentice Spray Painter, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with hands-on experience in preparing surfaces, applying paints, and achieving high-quality finishes. You will gain practical knowledge and industry-recognised qualifications to kickstart your career in spray painting.,

• Assist in the preparation of surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.


• Learn to mix paints and other coatings to achieve the desired finish.


• Operate spray guns and other painting tools under supervision.


• Follow instructions to apply paint evenly and with precision.


• Participate in maintaining and cleaning equipment and workspaces.


• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.


• Assist with quality checks to ensure finished work meets company standards.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.


• Basic understanding of painting tools and materials is a plus, but not required.
