Apprenticeship Engagement Coach

As an Apprentice Engagement Coach, you'll play a crucial role in this mission by supporting our apprentices throughout their journey. Imagine being the guiding force that helps apprentices excel in their roles, ensuring they receive the best training and support to achieve their goals.

In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with apprentices and their employers, conducting welcome calls, and ensuring they are set up for success from day one. You'll monitor their progress, provide ongoing support, and address any additional learning needs. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of well-being and safeguarding, ensuring every apprentice feels safe and valued.

We're looking for someone with a passion for coaching and a background in optics, including basic lab experience. You will have a Minimum of GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Equivalent qualifications include Level 2 Functional Skills or other recognised certifications. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, as you'll be managing a caseload of up to 80 apprentices. You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a clean driving license for occasional travel.

Up to £33,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits
