Full Job Description

Morgan Hunt is delighted to working with a Glasgow based Architectural practice as we assist them with a key appointment to their business as they continue to grow their client base.

Our client has grown into a a leading player in their market, and have enjoyed fantastic organic growth over the last few years, which has seen a recent office move into a bigger studio.

Exciting times are afoot as they business is looking to take the next step in their journey, and are looking for an ambitious Architect to join them to become part of their next phase of growth.


The Role

  • Is to support the owner of the practice and provide design, leadership and direction in the studio on projects for their external client base.
  • You will be given full design autonomy, and given to you on your own projects to manage, with the support of 2 staff members below you.
  • Your initial projects will range from modest house extensions, to multi-million pound new build homes, to larger scales social and affordable housing developments.




Qualifications/Experience

  • ARB registered Architect
  • Experience in designing and running your own jobs.
  • A strong team player willing to participate in business growth by maximising opportunities and being willing and able to support junior members.
  • Knowledge of Scottish Building regulations.
