Morgan Hunt are looking to appoint an Architectural Technician for an immediate contract position.

This is to service Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Build To Rent developments of up to 60m in contract value.


The new role

• Using Revit to produce technical drawings
• Stage 4 + Stage 5
• Previous experience of PBSA or BTR schemes in Scotland would be advantageous.
• Revit proficiency
• Strong technical knowledge of current planning & building regulations
• Ability to work well independently
• Is office based.
