Full Job Description
We are looking for an Administrator to join the Students' Union Arts team. The role contributes towards the support of student-led and student group activities within the arts community on campus., In this varied role in the diverse Activities area, you will work alongside the Arts Coordinator and Arts Development Manager to provide general administrative support whilst also responding to student enquiries. You will play a key role in the management of The Edge's specialised arts facilities and bookings systems, enabling our students to deliver a large range of events, activities and performances throughout the year.
We are looking for a proactive and supportive team player who can work collaboratively with a range of partners across the SU and University. Encompassing our student-led ethos, you will want to enhance the student experience for the benefit of students and our community. You will use your administrative and organisational skills to ensure the smooth-running of a busy programme of activities and events., Disability Confident

This role is offered on a part-time basis working 4 days per week (29.2 hours) over 38 weeks of the year, for a fixed-term period of 18 months.
