Full Job Description

  • Maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proactively implementing solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks and documentation as needed

    Proven experience in administrator role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
