Assessor - Health and Social Care 

28 hours per week (FTE 0.80)

Fixed Term Contract (until 31st August 2025)

Grade G (£37,189 - £40,880 FTE)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated member of staff to work with us as an assessor on a fixed term basis.


Job Purpose:


We are seeking a suitably skilled and qualified assessor to work across our Social Services, Health and Social Care programmes, ensuring a high standard of practice is adhered to for our work based learners.


Key Accountabilities include:


•Support students studying SCQF 6 & 7 Social Services Health and Social Care, including assessing them in the workplace.

 

•Work with fellow assessors/ lectures within the Health and Social Care and work based learning teams.

•Be responsible for your own caseload of your own work based learners allocated by the line manager.

 

Please note: the successful post holder will need to pass a satisfactory PVG Scheme check through Disclosure Scotland prior to commencing employment.
