Full Job Description
- Support the investigation and resolution of Property or Financial Claims ensuring we reach the optimum settlement for the insured.
- Work with the senior Claims Manager to agree on the strategy for each claim, based on our client's priorities and our expertise.
- Manage stakeholders (client, internal colleagues, insurer and their team of loss adjusters, forensic accountants and specialists), and drive the pace of the claim.
- You will manage a variety of claims across different industries across the globe.
- Understand each client, their business and the claim strategy.
- Care about all your stakeholders and manage expectations clearly, resetting when needed.
- Be professional, organized and proactive.
- Be a great team player who support our mission and works effectively with colleagues.
A commercial / consulting background ideally within the property / financial loss insurance sector. - Demonstrable background within Claims, Loss Adjusting, Accounting, Surveying or similar.
- A desire to pursue a career in major and complex claims representing policy holders.
- Experience in project management, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- A track record of delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Good energy and enthusiasm to learn and develop your claim preparation skills and knowledge.
- A genuine interest in property and / or financial loss claims
- An advanced insurance qualification or in the process of achieving (e.g. ACII, ACILA)
- Aligned professional qualification or in the process of achieving (e.g. BEng, CEng, RICS, ACA, ACCA, MCIOB).

You will be supporting these claims, under the guidance of a Claims Manager and with the support of the team.
