Full Job Description

Eden Scott are delighted to be supporting a client seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join their cashroom team to cover maternity leave. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive team, handling various responsibilities such as managing client information, inputting data, and assisting with cash transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting new client details and matters, and verifying provided identification
  • Filing and recording details of documents like title deeds, Wills, and Powers of Attorney
  • Inputting fee notes and checking supplier invoices
  • Processing card payments over the phone
  • Conducting daily bank reconciliations

Hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:15.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Basic IT skills are necessary; familiarity with data inputting or accounting software is advantageous
  • Good time management skills and a collaborative team player
