Assistant Finance Manager

Glasgow City Centre

Salary - £40k - £45k

Hybrid - 2 days at home / 3 days in the office

Oliver Smith Recruitment are exclusively partnering with an established and reputable hospitality organisation to recruit an all-encompassing Assistant Finance Manager.

The Role:

Overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, reporting functions and the finance team, as well as business partnering, maintaining strong internal controls, analysis, and statutory compliance.

Duties:

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Cash, card, and banking reconciliations
VAT Returns
Management of accounts payable
Reporting on key financial KPI's to management team
Development of Sage financial reporting and improving processes
Managing cash flow and bank accounts
Managing and supporting finance assistant
Annual year end accounts preparation
Review monthly payroll reports

This role reports to the Managing Director, you will have one direct report - the Finance Assistant.

Interviews will be held ASAP at our clients HQ.
