Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, who will coordinate, manage and implement all aspects of operational estates by providing direction and professional and technical leadership across clinical and non-clinical services within the Clyde Sector, including Royal Alexander Hospital, Inverclyde Royal Hospital and Vale of Leven Hospital.

You will be responsible for ensuring national and statutory requirements and for maintaining all aspects of statutory compliance at Sector level.  The focus of the post is on consistent high quality service levels, improved value for money, expenditure management and governance of compliance management, providing clear leadership, mentoring, direction and innovation are essential to the post.

You must be able to demonstrate a record of achievement at an Estates Operations Management level ability to meet strategic organisational objectives, within large scale complex environments, preferably Healthcare
