Assistant Management Accountant + Study Support

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations across multiple sites
• Process supplier invoices accurately through Sage Paperless
• Manage supplier reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and execute monthly payment runs
• Reconcile bank transactions and support month-end closures in Sage
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting
• Contribute to VAT return submissions
• Take part in project work such as site cost analysis and other finance initiatives

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in a busy Finance or Accounts Assistant position
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical abilities
• Confidence with finance systems – Sage 50 knowledge is a bonus
• Familiarity with month-end processes would be an advantage
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to continue learning
