LOVE@Care are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for the care and Safeguarding of our young people. Our Respite team have some exciting vacancies! We are recruiting Assistant Project Workers who will be based across our respite home in Lanarkshire. You will provide personal centred care to guide and encourage our young people to achieve their outcomes set within their support plan.

An ability to work in a positive, respectful, and empowering manner.
Having an understanding of the principles of safeguarding and child protection legislation.
-Ensuring each young person is provided with the most effective and appropriate support for their individual needs.

Specifications for this role:

-To be committed to your own personal and professional development
Basic IT skills
-HNC Social care or SVQ 3 Children and Young People is preferred but not essential
-Full driving licence required with business insurance
-Experience in supporting young people would be advantageous but not essential.
