Full Job Description
Our ideal candidate will be keen to progress with a career in administration/procurement, who would be looking to learn and further develop their own skills and abilities whilst supporting the coordinator with the day-to-day administrative activities.,
- You will be processing purchase orders onto our bespoke software system and assisting with stock issues and stock checks, ensuring accuracy of reporting
- You will also process the dispatch, shipping and receipt of materials, whilst providing administrative support to the workshop manager.
- The ability to work to set timescales and deadlines as well as being able to work well under pressure is essential for this role.
National 5 levels in Maths & English - Strong IT skills including experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Administration experience would be a strong advantage
