Avaloq Testing hands on experience is mandatory to have in recent project. Responsible for all test activities throughout testing life-cycle of Avaloq solutions for key customer accounts. Customer facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to manage stress levels in demanding project contexts. Deliverables : Define Test Policy and Test Plan Provide effort estimations and track the test effort to ensure adequate staffing Monitor and control testing activities against planned budget and quality gates Report progress to management and client Manage client relationship with appropriate communication Manage defects and Reporting Design, update and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their reusability Manage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness) Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements
coverage reporting Document and evaluate the result of the testing, investigate testing deficiencies Contribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes procedures Required knowledge in specific software or tools , Must have: Working knowledge of MicroFocus QC/ALM, JIRA, MS Office SuiteMust have: In-depth knowledge of Test concepts and methodology Experience and strong knowledge of the banking and/or finance industry or other regulatory environments Experience with Avaloq banking system solution Nice to have: Experience of testing in Agile context: (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, TDD, BDD, API testing) Required soft skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving competences Structured and rigorous approach Team player and strong client-orientation Ability to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients (1.) To develop and guide the team members
in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (3.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (4.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
