You'll work within Balance Sheet Management (BSM) function in CSG leading and contributing to the delivery and implementation of CSG's analytics objectives. This includes shaping, developing, driving and embedding analytical tools and providing insights to coverage and product areas as well as into specialist functions in Risk, Finance and/or Treasury (where appropriate).

• Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Balance Sheet Strategy: Develop meaningful insights to drive and shape the direction of our CIB Balance Sheet. Exhibit strong leadership skills by taking the helm in various initiatives and projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners through effective collaboration. Ensure the development of tools and identification of opportunities align with needs and remain fit for purpose. Roll out of tools to stakeholders through workshops and presentations.
  
  Excellent stakeholder management
+ Track record of building strong relationships across varied subject areas + Strong communication skills: in meetings, in writing and presentations + Experience gathering requirements and user stories + Experience extracting insights from and telling stories with data, to drive action and improve business outcomes (i.e. data translator)
