We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative individual to move into this key senior leadership role. Youll be a team player, capable of bringing people together, inspiring teams, and driving collaboration across NHS Tayside, with our local partners and at a regional and national level.

As Associate Director, you will work alongside Divisional triumvirate colleagues, Senior Acute Leadership Team and HSCP colleagues to deliver on this next phase of transformation and reform, driving the development of NHS Taysides overall health and care strategy, including leadership of the Surgical Division and its operational performance and delivery.

The Surgical Division comprises a range of general and specialist surgical services, orthopaedics, theatres and critical care

We are looking for a resilient and compassionate leader with operational management skills at a senior level, you will have a proven track record of leading change, ensuring effective governance and sound financial management. You will be an effective communicator with experience of collaboration and partnership working, gained within a complex care environment.
