  • Your purpose:
  • Spearheading a dynamic project delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of one of our top Infrastructure Water Company frameworks.
  • Team Lead (&Line Manager) for range of technical disciplines including modellers, designers and PMs. Responsible for supporting in career development for team.
  • The development of client relationships with our key Water Company and non-Water Company clients.
  • Project Management and Project Direction, including managing resources, budgets and programmes and coordinating with other disciplines.
  • Driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Development of tender responses and fee estimates.

  • Experience working in the UK water industry, with proven skills in growing and building strong relationships with clients. May include Technical skills in Wastewater Non-Infra design.
  • Experience in managing projects, leading teams, and development of people.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to have technical discussions with colleagues and clients in a logical and coherent manor.
  • Relevant degree or vocational qualification.
  • Chartered with a relevant professional institution (i.e. ICE or CIWEM), would be advantageous.
