What the job involves for an Associate End of Tenancy Property Manager:-

  • Support the Team Manager, train and mentor the End of Tenancy Admin and Maintenance Team.

  • Responsible for the team in the managers absence.

  • Account manager for key clients.

  • Assisting the manager monitor KPI's and performance of the team.

  • Provide excellent service to our clients by handling the end of tenancy process.

  • Negotiation between both tenant and landlord to deliver a satisfactory outcome for both parties.

  • Work with the Property Managers and Maintenance team to ensure work required is highlighted, raised, and completed promptly.

  • A customer focused role requiring meticulous attention to detail and co-ordination.

  • Lead Role - Driving processes including managing inboxes, auditing Communal Spreadsheet and focus on all team KPI's

  • Support Team Managers with customer service escalations and ensuring the team are handling complaints in an appropriate manner.

  • Train and mentor, all new members of the team, support them while they learn the role.

  • Assist the Team Manager by making sure maintenance work has been apportioned correctly with all jobs allocated and instructed with contractors.

  • Managing day-to-day maintenance requests - primarily following tenancy checkouts.

  • Focused with ensuring void period works are completed timely, efficiently, and compliantly to facilitate move in dates and to align with client budgets.

  • Raise maintenance tickets through the management software, setting deadlines for completion.

  • Liaise with contractors to ensure work carried out is done in a timely manner where needed and to the right standard and service level ahead of new tenancies to ensure a smooth move in process.

  • Responsible for ensuring that properties are ready with all work completed for new tenancies.

  • Deal with escalations from tenants and landlords surrounding maintenance and admin related complaints, to ensure these are resolved in an appropriate manner.

  • Provide support to the Admin team with all requirements of the role including responding to incoming email enquiries, sending inventories to new tenants, booking in check out inspections and sending checkouts to End of Tenancy Property Managers efficiently.

  • Understanding Landlord and Tenants responsibilities when managing the day-to-day requests so we can be clear to customers around their responsibilities for the property.

  • Focus on Team's current workload and help identify trends of concern.

    Ideally 1 years Property Management Experience/ARLA qualification

  • Able to provide excellent customer service

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Good at administration and organisation

  • Reliable and process driven

  • Problem solver

  • Confident at relaying information

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Good at time management

  • Can demonstrate good negotiation/communication skills and be very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes - both written and verbal

  • IT proficient

  • You must have the current legal right to work in the UK
