Associate - Finance Transactions/Real Estate Capital Markets Location - Atlanta; Charlotte; Dallas; Kansas City; Phoenix; Santa Monica Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified junior associate (one to three years) to join our nationally recognized Finance Transactions/Real Estate Capital Markets practice group in our Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Kansas City, Phoenix or Santa Monica offices. A successful applicant will have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and a client-focused attitude, and will have experience in the following areas:

• General real estate


• General corporate transactions


• Securities and capital market transactions


• Real estate finance, preferably with real estate capital markets experience


• Commercial real estate lending and securitization
