    All candidates will have chartered membership of the RTPI or RICS and probably have at least a 2:1 or equivalent at first degree level. Full information on Advanced Highers, Highers, Nat5s, A level, GCSE (or equivalent) and other qualifications must be provided.


  • Candidates must demonstrate a very high level of technical competence and will have more than five years' experience, probably with some in the consultancy sector. You will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to win new work and clients, and nurture existing relationships to win repeat business.

    You will enjoy a social and collaborative work environment and be able to demonstrate you are an effective team worker.
