You will be responsible for a variety of work in a broad based role including: - Drafting principal documents for Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital investments and Equity Capital Markets transactions - Providing efficient professional support to partners - Developing professional client relationships - Supporting the wider team in developing business and raising the profile of the firm - Involvement in marketing events - Managing and supervising the work of others including junior associates and trainees

Looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for a bright and commercially focused Associate or Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Corporate Team in the Aberdeen office. We are also looking for a Senior Associate in Glasgow., We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one. Our opportunities are open to all suitably qualified applicants, so to be considered for this role, you must meet the following skills and experience: You will have excellent drafting skills, be able lead and project manage transactional work and the ability to translate legal theory into practical advice. Due to the role being client facing you will need to have sound judgement and good interpersonal and consultancy skills. To meet the needs of the role, you will have an appropriate level of post qualification experience (we anticipate a minimum of 4 PQE) in a leading law firm. The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with clients is essential.
