Working on a ticketed system for management and resolution of incidents, changes, service requests and problem processes in line with government operating models
Develop and maintain the existing service
Complete changes with peer reviews & sign off from PM
Take ownership of the domain and become SME for the service
Updating service documentation
Code committed to the Master branch
Release management - building deployment packages for release into production
Identify, agree, and implement ideas for continuous service improvement
Working with other support teams to resolve issues
Deployment via CI/CD pipelines & IaC
Data Analysis & data mapping
Implementation of CIS hardened Window and Linux builds
Management of multi-account AWS platform hosting provision of technical support for production systems

You MUST be pre security cleared to SC level & be NPPV3 clearable
Strong understanding of Amazon Inspector
Experienced in using Cloud Security tools (Guard Duty/Security Hub)
Skilled in creating CI/CD pipelines
Data Analysis & Mapping skills
History of implementation of CIS hardened builds (Windows & Linux) & managing multi-acccount AWS platforms
Shell Scripting/Powershell
AWS certifications desirable
