Reporting to Event Operations Manager at W Edinburgh expected to set-up and clear event spaces, preparing items and ensure smooth running of events. Joining the pre-opening team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel's opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate! As Server, key aspects of your role will include:

• Be the face of the restaurant - the first and last impression the guest has of us!
• Welcome guests warmly and personally
• Give a fond farewell that encourages guests to return
• Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the floor plan
• Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management
