Bakery Assistant

We are looking for a Bakery Assistant to join the production team, within our Bakery in Glasgow. McDonalds Bakers is a family run business, that has been serving the people of Glasgow for over 50 years. We pride ourselves in providing products and excellent service to all our customers within our 3 retail Bakers and Coffee shops across Glasgow. Working as part of a team, the main duties of the role are;

• Assisting the Bakers with the production of, pastry linings, pie shells etc
• Assisting in the preparation and cleaning of the Bakery and equipment to provide a
hygienic working environment
• Working within the policies and procedures to ensure good standards of hygiene
and safety are met
• Food preparation and food handling

Previous experience would be great but is not essential as training and support will be provided.
