Bakery Operative 4 on / 4 off - Working either 6 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 10 pm.

Starting from £11.65 per hour. Working 4 on / 4 off attracts an extra 15% making the hourly rate £13.40.

If hours are worked between 6pm - 6am this also attracts an extra 17.5% increase (£2.04 per hour).

Hours - 39.375 Hours per week

Due to high levels of growth, we are looking to expand our team of bakery operatives to work on shift to produce our award winning bread and bakery products for sale in our own shops. Ideally, bakery experience would be preferable, however attitude and commitment is most important, as a full training programme will be provided.
