Full Job Description

Supporting people is really important but it's not all activities and days out. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way that they feel safe, well and happy.

It sounds exciting to say no two days will be the same, but in support, sometimes they are. Sometimes people like routine and struggle with change… But when you support someone to try something new - what a feeling!

Are you flexible, adaptable and quick at thinking on your feet?

Do you have enough curiosity and patience to work out how somebody feels?

Become a Bank Support Worker

What matters to the people we support matters to us. It's their life, their way.

We support a variety of individuals who live in their own homes in Oban and we're looking for new people to join our team.

You will be working in their homes, so it's important you can connect, share interests and be interested. From making a cuppa on their own to finding their place in community, the people we support have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach.

So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

Ability to commute/relocate:PA34 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
