Full Job Description

  • Working with the management team to ensure the successful daily operation of the department.
  • Delivering conferences and banquets ranging from 2 to 500 attendees
  • Organising and directing shift staff.
  • Communicating with guests, team members and other departments to ensure clients' needs are anticipated and expectations exceeded.
  • Handling any issues or complaints.
  • Responsibly managing daily financials and reporting.

    The successful candidate for this position will have a strong food & beverage background and an ability to work both independently or as part of a larger team. Experience in banqueting is preferred but not mandatory.

    We are currently recruiting for a Banqueting Supervisor in our C&B team to assist with events here at The Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa, Edinburgh
